Le Vieux Port de Montreal (or the Old Port of Montreal) is the historic port of Montreal and dates as far back as 1611. It sits on the St. Lawrence River and is in the heart of Old Montreal. It is a beacon for tourists and offers a wide variety of recreational and leisure activities. In my opinion, this district and the old part of Quebec City are as close to Europe as you can get in North America. My wife and I took an anniversary trip here and we had a great time. I chose this scene from my photographs because I thought it was break-taking. Hopefully you feel the same.
The wonderful mix of colors go well with pretty much any room and it looks great hung on the wall and framed. It is guaranteed to be a conversation piece the next time you entertain company.
