Description

Teter Rock is a man-made rock structure near Cassoday, Kansas. It was originally erected by James Teter as a guidepost for homesteaders looking for the Cottonwood River. As the local community grew, the rocks were used as building foundations and the guidepost disappeared. However, as the oil fields dried up the Teter Community faded away. In honor of Mr. Teter the formation was reconstructed in 1954. Today it has become a popular Kansas attraction and has made its way into local popular culture by the way of a local craft beer named “Teter Rock Kosch.” Whether you’re in the Cassoday area, or just sitting down to enjoy a beer, make sure you check out Teter Rock.

I created 3 versions of the poster so that I could capture the many beautiful faces of this Kansas Landscape. The wonderful mix of colors go well with pretty much any room and it looks great hung on the wall and framed. It is guaranteed to be a conversation piece the next time you entertain company.

This vintage travel poster is a digital print that has been created using a combination of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. There are 3 variants and 2 different sizes available. All versions are printed on heavy weight coated matte poster paper. This is to ensure an authentic “vintage” look.

I will print and ship to you after the order is placed. In the actual version, there will be no watermark. Does not include frame.
